LeadNews24 Brand Guidelines

LeadNews24 Brand Guidelines — Identity, Usage, and Visual Standards

Our Brand Identity

LeadNews24's brand identity reflects the core principles of the platform: authority, clarity, and independence. Our visual language is deliberate — stripped of decoration, built for credibility. Every element of our branding communicates the same message: this is a publication that takes its purpose seriously.

Name Usage

The name "LeadNews24" is a registered brand. It may be referenced in journalism, academic work, public commentary, and social media for the purposes of accurate description, criticism, or news reporting. The following uses are not permitted without written authorisation:

  • Using the name "LeadNews24" in a way that implies official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation
  • Registering domain names, social media accounts, or business entities that use "LeadNews24" or confusingly similar variations
  • Using the LeadNews24 name in commercial advertising or promotional materials
  • Creating content designed to impersonate LeadNews24 or mislead audiences about its origin

Logo Usage

Approved Logo Colours:
Primary: Deep Charcoal (#1a1a1a) on white — for editorial and formal contexts.
Secondary: Signal Red (#cc0000) on dark backgrounds — for high-impact digital use.
Neutral: White on dark grey (#1a1a1a) — for dark-mode interfaces and print on dark stock.

Typography:
Primary typeface: [Serif — to be specified, e.g. Playfair Display or similar for authority and gravitas]
Secondary typeface: [Sans-serif — for subheadings, captions, and UI text]
Do not substitute with decorative, informal, or low-resolution typefaces.

Logo Clearance Zone: Maintain a minimum clearance equivalent to the height of the logo mark around the logo at all times. Do not crowd the logo with adjacent text, images, or competing graphic elements.

What You May Not Do With Our Brand

The LeadNews24 brand may not be stretched, distorted, recoloured, overlaid with additional text, or modified in any way that alters its intended appearance. It may not be used in conjunction with content that misrepresents our editorial position, promotes illegal activity, or implies we have taken a stance we have not taken.
